Coming a year after the iPhone 17 Pro, the iPhone 18 Pro and Pro Max lean heavily into three areas that matter most to real-world users: sustained performance, camera creativity, and battery endurance. That focus is evident the moment you look past the marketing headline and into the engineering choices Apple made this cycle.\r\nWhy the A20 Pro and C2 Modem Matter\r\nThe star of this generation is the 2nm A20 Pro chip, built with a six-core CPU, seven-core GPU, and a dual 16-core Neural Engine. Apple&#039;s claimed 50% higher memory bandwidth and 40% faster GPU performance over the A19 aren&#039;t just spec-sheet bragging — they signal a chip built for on-device AI workloads, which aligns with the deeper Apple Intelligence integration baked into iOS 27. Equally significant is the shift to Apple&#039;s own C2 modem, replacing third-party silicon. This move gives Apple tighter control over connectivity efficiency, which likely contributes to the improved battery figures — a strategic bet that could pay off in day-to-day network performance and standby power draw.\r\nCooling and Design: Solving the Sustained-Performance Problem\r\nA new vapor chamber cooling system addresses a long-standing criticism of Pro-series iPhones: thermal throttling under heavy use like gaming or 4K video editing. Paired with the aluminum unibody construction and the returning Action Button and Camera Control, Apple appears to be prioritizing durability and sustained performance over a purely cosmetic redesign this year. The upgraded Dynamic Island, now capable of displaying three simultaneous Live Activities, is a smaller but genuinely useful multitasking touch for power users tracking deliveries, sports scores, and calls at once.\r\nCamera: The Biggest Photography Shift in Years\r\nThe headline camera feature — a variable aperture on the 48MP Fusion primary sensor — marks Apple&#039;s first attempt at adjustable aperture control on an iPhone. This isn&#039;t a gimmick; it directly targets low-light photography, a segment where Android flagships have often out-performed iPhones. Combined with new &quot;Pro Controls&quot; letting users manually adjust aperture, shutter speed, and white balance, Apple is clearly courting enthusiast photographers and content creators who previously reached for third-party camera apps. The 48MP ultra-wide and 48MP telephoto lenses round out a genuinely capable triple-camera system, while the 18MP front camera with Center Stage keeps video calling sharp and framing-smart.\r\nBattery Life: Where the Pro Max Pulls Ahead\r\nFor anyone deciding between the two models, battery life is a meaningful differentiator. The Pro Max&#039;s claimed 30-hour usage and 45-hour video playback figures are a notable jump over the standard Pro&#039;s 24 hours and 36 hours respectively. Apple&#039;s 15-minute fast-charging claim for 50% battery is competitive, though real-world results — as always — will depend on charger wattage and cable used.\r\nPricing: A Premium Gets Pricier\r\nIn India, the iPhone 18 Pro starts at ₹1,64,900 and the Pro Max at ₹1,79,900 for the base 256GB variant, scaling up to ₹3,14,900 and ₹3,29,900 respectively for the 2TB option. In the US, pricing starts at $1,199 and $1,299. Both models arrive in Black, Silver, Glacier, and a new Burgundy finish, with pre-orders opening September 12 and sales beginning September 18.\r\nVerdict\r\nThe iPhone 18 Pro and Pro Max represent one of Apple&#039;s more substantial Pro-series updates in recent years — the variable aperture camera and A20 Pro chip alone justify the &quot;Pro&quot; branding this time. The Pro Max edges ahead on battery life and screen real estate, making it the better pick for heavy users, while the standard Pro remains the more pocketable choice without sacrificing the headline camera and performance upgrades. The price increase is real, but so is the feature delta — this isn&#039;t a spec-sheet refresh dressed up as an upgrade.","articleSection":"Business","datePublished":"2026-09-12T17:41:15+0530","dateModified":"2026-09-12T17:41:15+0530","inLanguage":"en-us","author":{"@type":"Person","name":"JR Choudhary","url":"https://www.sangritoday.in/user/jrchoudhary"},"publisher":{"@type":"Organization","name":"Sangri Today NE","url":"https://www.sangritoday.in","logo":{"@type":"ImageObject","url":"https://www.sangritoday.in/uploads/logo/logo_6a9e66d1589be4-54004936.png"}},"image":{"@type":"ImageObject","url":"https://www.sangritoday.in/uploads/images/202609/image_1200x675_6aa5414c9dab6.webp","contentUrl":"https://www.sangritoday.in/uploads/images/202609/image_1200x675_6aa5414c9dab6.webp"},"keywords":["iPhone 18 Pro","iPhone 18 Pro Max","iPhone 18 Pro price in India","A20 Pro chip","Apple C2 modem","iPhone 18 Pro specifications","iPhone 18 Pro camera"]}</script>

The film runs 3 hours 17 minutes and expands the &quot;Mirzapur&quot; universe rather than compressing the series into a single sitting.\r\nThe franchise, which began streaming on Amazon Prime Video in 2018, built its following on Tripathi&#039;s turn as Akhandanand &quot;Kaleen Bhaiya&quot; Tripathi, a Uttar Pradesh don whose creed is that power survives on fear. That reputation carries into the film, even though Tripathi&#039;s screen time is more limited than in previous instalments.\r\nA King Who Delegates\r\nThe film&#039;s central shift is structural: Kaleen Bhaiya spends much of the runtime directing events from a distance rather than dominating every scene, in keeping with his stated philosophy that &quot;a king does not kill, he orders.&quot; That choice hands more space to Govind &quot;Guddu&quot; Pandit (Ali Fazal), Vinay &quot;Bablu&quot; Pandit (Jitendra Kumar) and, most notably, Babban &quot;Babua&quot; Yadav, played by Ravi Kishan.\r\nKishan&#039;s entry is the film&#039;s most consequential addition. His character is styled distinctly from the rest of the cast, giving Babua a separate visual identity, and his performance introduces an unpredictability that had been largely absent from the Mirzapur power structure until now.\r\nCraft and Setting\r\nProduction design and location work extend the film&#039;s canvas beyond the small-town Uttar Pradesh setting the series is known for, incorporating stretches shot in the Rajasthan desert. The background score is used to sustain tension across multiple parallel storylines that eventually converge in the film&#039;s closing act, a structural choice that distinguishes the film from a straightforward episodic extension of the show.\r\nFemale characters, including Beena Tripathi (Rasika Dugal), Vasudha Pandit (Sheeba Chaddha) and Mumtaz Bibi (Sonal Chauhan), retain narrative weight, though the story&#039;s power dynamics remain male-dominated, consistent with the series.\r\nRuntime Is the Main Drawback\r\nAt over three hours, the film&#039;s pacing sags in stretches that could have been trimmed without weakening the plot. That length is the most cited criticism of the theatrical cut so far, though the multi-track structure — following several characters independently before bringing them together — is largely credited with sustaining the stakes through the film&#039;s second half.\r\nWhat Comes Next\r\nCast and crew have not indicated whether &quot;Mirzapur: The Movie&quot; is a one-off theatrical spin-off or the opening chapter of further big-screen instalments. Box-office collections through the opening weekend are expected to shape that decision. This is a developing story; further coverage will follow as trade figures are released.","articleSection":"Entertainment","datePublished":"2026-09-07T20:18:03+0530","dateModified":"2026-09-07T20:18:03+0530","inLanguage":"en-us","author":{"@type":"Person","name":"JR Choudhary","url":"https://www.sangritoday.in/user/jrchoudhary"},"publisher":{"@type":"Organization","name":"Sangri Today NE","url":"https://www.sangritoday.in","logo":{"@type":"ImageObject","url":"https://www.sangritoday.in/uploads/logo/logo_6a9e66d1589be4-54004936.png"}},"image":{"@type":"ImageObject","url":"https://www.sangritoday.in/uploads/images/202609/image_1200x675_6a9ecd733bf34.webp","contentUrl":"https://www.sangritoday.in/uploads/images/202609/image_1200x675_6a9ecd733bf34.webp"},"keywords":["Mirzapur The Movie","Pankaj Tripathi","Ravi Kishan","Ali Fazal","Kaleen Bhaiya"]}</script>

It served as a platform where the state&#039;s top political leadership publicly committed to specific, numeric education targets tied to Vidya Bharati&#039;s expansion, while the organisation itself used the occasion to present detailed performance data from the year&#039;s board examinations. For an institution operating one of India&#039;s largest non-governmental school networks, such public commitments from a sitting Chief Minister carry weight for future infrastructure support and policy alignment in the state.\r\nChief Minister&#039;s Commitment to Expansion\r\nChief Minister Suvendu Adhikari, attending as chief guest, used his address to announce a target of scaling Vidya Bharati&#039;s presence in Bengal to 1,000 schools within a year, with quality Vidya Mandir infrastructure envisioned in every town, panchayat, sub-division and district headquarters up to Class 12. He also spoke of plans to sanction additional Sainik Schools for the state and to permit National Cadet Corps (NCC) units in every school and college. Referencing steps already taken by his government, he cited the adoption of the National Education Policy, making the singing of Vande Mataram mandatory during school prayers, and handing over Kolkata&#039;s mid-day meal programme to ISKCON. He also expressed support for popularising Ishwar Chandra Vidyasagar&#039;s vision for women&#039;s education, aligning his remarks with the philosophies of Swami Vivekananda.\r\nAcademic Performance Takes Centre Stage\r\nRavindra Chamaria, National Committee Member of Vidya Bharati Akhil Bhartiya Shiksha Sansthan, presented figures from this year&#039;s Madhyamik examinations, noting that of roughly 9.6 lakh students who appeared across Bengal, 1,225 were from Vidya Bharati schools. Of the state&#039;s 131 rank-holders, 13 belonged to Vidya Bharati institutions — around 10 percent of all top performers — while no student from the organisation&#039;s Bengal schools failed. He identified the state&#039;s first and second rank-holders as coming from Vidya Bharati schools in Raiganj, Uttar Dinajpur, and Paikpara, Birbhum, respectively.\r\nGrowth in Teachers, Projects and Global Alumni Reach\r\nChamaria also detailed the organisation&#039;s growth over the past decade, noting that its teaching staff in Bengal had grown from about 3,310 in 2016 to 4,720 currently. Between 2016 and 2026, 178 infrastructure projects were completed with donor support, and 15 more are currently underway. He pointed to Vidya Bharati&#039;s global alumni network, which now counts more than 10.8 lakh registered former students spread across 93 countries, describing it as one of the most extensive alumni portals of its kind.\r\nA Movement With Roots Dating to 1952\r\nVidya Bharati traces its origins to 1952, when the first Saraswati Shishu Mandir was established in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh. The organisation was formally constituted as a national body in 1977, with its registered office in Lucknow and functional headquarters in Delhi. It now operates over 12,000 schools nationwide, educating more than 33 lakh students, with over 85 percent of its secondary schools reporting a 100 percent pass record. In West Bengal specifically, the network has grown to 313 schools serving approximately 1.2 lakh students.\r\nEvent Proceedings\r\nThe programme began at 11:00 AM with keynote addresses, cultural presentations and discussions on expanding educational outreach, and concluded at 1:30 PM, followed by a community lunch for attendees. Senior Executive Committee members Rajendra Prasad Khaitan, Bhagawati Prasad Jalan and Govinda Chandra Mahant were also present on stage, alongside Yatindra Sharma, Akhil Bharatiya Sah Sangathan Mantri of Vidya Bharati, who addressed the gathering on the organisation&#039;s academic vision.","articleSection":"National","datePublished":"2026-09-07T14:44:37+0530","dateModified":"2026-09-09T15:00:16+0530","inLanguage":"en-us","author":{"@type":"Person","name":"JR Choudhary","url":"https://www.sangritoday.in/user/jrchoudhary"},"publisher":{"@type":"Organization","name":"Sangri Today NE","url":"https://www.sangritoday.in","logo":{"@type":"ImageObject","url":"https://www.sangritoday.in/uploads/logo/logo_6a9e66d1589be4-54004936.png"}},"image":{"@type":"ImageObject","url":"https://www.sangritoday.in/uploads/images/202609/image_1200x675_6a9e80497dc24.webp","contentUrl":"https://www.sangritoday.in/uploads/images/202609/image_1200x675_6a9e80497dc24.webp"},"keywords":["Vidya Bharati Annual Function 2026","Vidya Bharati Kolkata","Suvendu Adhikari Vidya Bharati","Vidya Bharati West Bengal schools","Vivekananda Hall Golpark event","Vidya Bharati Madhyamik results","Vidya Bharati Vivekanand Vidya Vikas Parishad"]}</script>

The move brings back one of the tournament&#039;s most dominant all-rounders after an injury-enforced absence last season.\r\nWhy This Signing Matters\r\nMatthews&#039; return is more than a routine roster update — it restores the player widely regarded as central to the Renegades&#039; most successful WBBL campaign to date. Her comeback also arrives at a pivotal moment for the league itself, with the WBBL having scrapped its overseas player draft system in favour of direct player-to-club negotiations. Matthews becoming the Renegades&#039; first confirmed overseas signing under this new framework underscores the club&#039;s intent to build continuity around a proven title-winning core rather than relying on a lottery-style draft process.\r\nA Career-Defining Season, Then a Forced Absence\r\nMatthews&#039; history with the Renegades is built on one standout campaign. During the club&#039;s WBBL season 10 title run, she scored 324 runs at a strike rate of 130.6 while also taking 14 wickets, form that earned her a place in that season&#039;s Team of the Tournament. Her performance peaked in the final against Brisbane Heat at the MCG, where she top-scored with 69 runs and picked up 2 wickets for 24 runs to help seal the championship. However, shoulder surgery ruled her out of the Renegades&#039; subsequent title defence, leaving a clear gap in the side&#039;s batting and bowling depth.\r\nBack to Full Fitness and International Form\r\nSince her injury, Matthews has re-established herself on the international stage, leading the West Indies to the semi-finals of the T20 World Cup in England. That comeback appears to have set the stage for her Renegades return. &quot;Winning the championship with the Renegades was such a special experience and I&#039;m really looking forward to being part of the group again,&quot; she said, adding that missing the previous season was frustrating but that she is now fully fit and eager to chase another title in Melbourne colours.\r\nNew Coach, New-Look Squad Structure\r\nMatthews&#039; signing also marks an early statement from Gavan Twining, who has taken over as Renegades head coach from Simon Helmot. Twining called Matthews &quot;a world-class cricketer&quot; and pointed to the impact she can have with both bat and ball, while emphasising her fitness and readiness heading into the season. She joins a squad built around a strong Australian core, including captain Sophie Molineux and leg-spin all-rounder Georgia Wareham, alongside Nicole Faltum, Tess Flintoff, Milly Illingworth and Courtney Webb.\r\nWhat It Means for WBBL 12\r\nWith the overseas draft system now scrapped, clubs are relying more heavily on targeted, relationship-driven signings — and Matthews&#039; return shows how existing club ties can shape recruitment under the new model. For the Renegades, bringing back a player with a proven title-winning track record gives them an early advantage as other franchises finalise their own overseas rosters ahead of the season. For fans, it sets up a strong storyline: a fit-again Matthews looking to help the Renegades reclaim the WBBL crown after missing out on last season&#039;s campaign entirely.","articleSection":"Sports","datePublished":"2026-09-07T14:02:09+0530","dateModified":"2026-09-07T14:02:09+0530","inLanguage":"en-us","author":{"@type":"Person","name":"JR Choudhary","url":"https://www.sangritoday.in/user/jrchoudhary"},"publisher":{"@type":"Organization","name":"Sangri Today NE","url":"https://www.sangritoday.in","logo":{"@type":"ImageObject","url":"https://www.sangritoday.in/uploads/logo/logo_6a9e66d1589be4-54004936.png"}},"image":{"@type":"ImageObject","url":"https://www.sangritoday.in/uploads/images/202609/image_1200x675_6a9e76237cdf3.webp","contentUrl":"https://www.sangritoday.in/uploads/images/202609/image_1200x675_6a9e76237cdf3.webp"},"keywords":["Hayley Matthews Melbourne Renegades","WBBL 12","Women&#039;s Big Bash League 2026","Hayley Matthews WBBL","Melbourne Renegades overseas signing","Gavan Twining Renegades","WBBL season 12 signings"]}</script>

Her arrival inside the house has stirred excitement not just among the show&#039;s regular audience but especially among the massive fan base that follows Bhojpuri cinema across North India.\r\nWhy This Entry Matters\r\nBigg Boss has long served as a launchpad and crossover platform for stars from regional film industries to reach a pan-India audience, and Aamrapali&#039;s inclusion fits that pattern. As one of the most bankable and recognisable faces in Bhojpuri films, her decision to step into a high-pressure, 24x7 surveillance format is a notable career move. It signals a growing trend of regional cinema stars using national reality television to widen their reach beyond their core fan base, a dynamic that could benefit both the show&#039;s ratings among Hindi-speaking belts with strong Bhojpuri viewership and Aamrapali&#039;s own crossover appeal.\r\nA Different Side of a Familiar Star\r\nFor years, audiences have known Aamrapali primarily through her on-screen roles opposite top Bhojpuri leading men. Bigg Boss strips away scripted characters, placing contestants in unscripted, often confrontational situations. This gives viewers a chance to see her unfiltered personality, and early impressions suggest she is carrying the same confidence and screen presence into the house that has made her a star in her home industry.\r\nNirahua&#039;s Special Appearance Adds to the Regional Flavour\r\nAdding further weight to the Bhojpuri connection at the premiere was a special appearance by Dinesh Lal Yadav, popularly known as Nirahua, one of the biggest names in Bhojpuri cinema. His presence on the Bigg Boss stage had already generated buzz ahead of the show, and combined with Aamrapali&#039;s entry, it underlines how prominently Bhojpuri entertainment featured in this season&#039;s launch.\r\nSeason 20: New Host Era, New Themes\r\nThis season carries added significance as Bigg Boss marks its 20th edition, with Salman Khan continuing his long-standing role as host. The season has introduced a new concept called &quot;Tathastu,&quot; alongside other structural changes designed to keep contestants and viewers guessing. With a mix of established reality show dynamics and fresh twists, the makers appear focused on keeping the format unpredictable for both loyal viewers and newer audiences drawn in by contestants like Aamrapali.\r\nWhere to Watch\r\nFans eager to follow Aamrapali Dubey&#039;s journey inside the Bigg Boss house can catch the show on JioHotstar, where it streams daily at 9 PM. For television viewers, the episode airs on Colors TV at 10:30 PM. With her entry already generating conversation, Aamrapali&#039;s run in the house is expected to be closely watched by both Bigg Boss regulars and the wider Bhojpuri entertainment audience in the weeks ahead.","articleSection":"Entertainment","datePublished":"2026-09-07T13:43:13+0530","dateModified":"2026-09-07T13:43:13+0530","inLanguage":"en-us","author":{"@type":"Person","name":"JR Choudhary","url":"https://www.sangritoday.in/user/jrchoudhary"},"publisher":{"@type":"Organization","name":"Sangri Today NE","url":"https://www.sangritoday.in","logo":{"@type":"ImageObject","url":"https://www.sangritoday.in/uploads/logo/logo_6a9e66d1589be4-54004936.png"}},"image":{"@type":"ImageObject","url":"https://www.sangritoday.in/uploads/images/202609/image_1200x675_6a9e71afc7323.webp","contentUrl":"https://www.sangritoday.in/uploads/images/202609/image_1200x675_6a9e71afc7323.webp"},"keywords":["Aamrapali Dubey Bigg Boss 20","Bigg Boss 20 premiere","Bhojpuri actress Bigg Boss","Salman Khan Bigg Boss 20","Nirahua Bigg Boss","Bigg Boss 20 contestants","JioHotstar Bigg Boss 20"]}</script>

Khetrapal’s Sai Satcharitra – The New Testament Chronicles Modern-Day Miracles","name":"From Shirdi to the World: Aushim K. Khetrapal’s Sai Satcharitra – The New Testament Chronicles Modern-Day Miracles","articleBody":"\nMumbai (Maharashtra) [India], September 5: What if the miracles recorded more than a century ago were not the end of the story? What if Sai Baba’s devotees continue to experience moments of faith, answered prayers, unexpected guidance and what they believe to be divine intervention even today? This thought forms the foundation of filmmaker, actor, producer, spiritual author and Sai devotee Aushim K. Khetrapal’s ambitious new spiritual granth, Sai Satcharitra – The New Testament: Miracles Then and Miracles Now.\n\n\n\n\n“Hemadpant Wrote What Happened Then. I Am Recording What Devotees Believe Is Happening Now,” Says Aushim K. Khetrapal\n\n\n\n\nInspired by Hemadpant’s revered Shri Sai Satcharitra, Khetrapal’s new work attempts to document the experiences of a contemporary generation of Sai devotees. The book comprises 52 Adhyayas and has been conceived as a companion to Hemadpant’s classic rather than a replacement for it. While Hemadpant recorded the life, teachings, leelas and experiences associated with Sai Baba during his lifetime, Khetrapal turns his attention towards the experiences devotees say they continue to have in the present day. The central thought behind the book is summed up in its powerful line, “Miracles Then. Miracles Now.”\n\n\n\nFor Khetrapal, the book is the culmination of nearly two decades of interaction with Sai devotees and people seeking guidance. According to the author, over approximately 18 years, he has responded to more than 5.1 million questions and requests for guidance. Behind these numbers, he believes, are countless personal stories of people dealing with fear, uncertainty, loss, hope and difficult circumstances, many of whom believe they found strength, direction or an unexpected answer through their faith in Sai Baba.\n\n\n\n“Hemadpant wrote what happened then. This book records what devotees believe is happening now. Sai Baba’s miracles did not end with time. They continue to manifest through faith, service, guidance and the lives of ordinary people. This granth is our humble attempt to preserve those experiences for generations to come,” says Khetrapal.\n\n\n\nThe fundamental philosophy of the book remains rooted in the principles traditionally associated with Sai Baba — Shraddha and Saburi, or faith and patience, along with compassion, equality, service and the belief that spirituality can transcend religious and social boundaries. Rather than presenting spirituality only through historical accounts, Khetrapal seeks to bring the conversation into the lives of contemporary people and document how Sai Baba continues to be experienced by devotees in a rapidly changing world.\n\n\n\nInterestingly, the journey of Sai Satcharitra – The New Testament has already extended beyond India. In June 2026, Khetrapal presented the book to Baba Mondi, the spiritual leader of the Bektashi World Order in Albania. The interaction brought together two distinct spiritual traditions and was associated with a larger message of peace, coexistence and interfaith harmony. For Khetrapal, the journey from Shirdi to Albania represents the universal nature of Sai Baba’s message and the possibility of spirituality becoming a bridge between cultures rather than a boundary separating them.\n\n\n\nThe book has also entered a wider conversation around interfaith dialogue and global peace, including engagement with the Catholic world and discussions surrounding the Vatican. At a time when conversations around religious harmony, fraternity and coexistence have become increasingly significant, Khetrapal believes that Sai Baba’s philosophy has a natural place in this larger dialogue. His emphasis is not merely on miracles, but on the values that devotees associate with those experiences — compassion, humanity, service and the ability to reach beyond religious identities.\n\n\n\nThe connection with Shirdi remains at the heart of the project. For millions of devotees who visit Shirdi, Sai Baba is not merely a historical figure from the nineteenth century. He continues to remain a living presence in their spiritual lives. The Shree Saibaba Sansthan Trust, Shirdi, under the leadership of CEO Shri Goraksha Gadilkar, IAS, continues to serve devotees through temple administration, charitable initiatives, healthcare, education and technology-driven services. The Sansthan’s increasing use of digital platforms to make information and Sai-related services accessible to devotees across the world also reflects the changing ways in which people engage with an ancient spiritual tradition.\n\n\n\nIn many ways, this evolution mirrors the intention behind Khetrapal’s book. The faith may be centuries old, but the devotee of today lives in a completely different world. The stories being documented are therefore not only about what happened in Shirdi in the past, but about what people believe they experience after they leave Shirdi and return to their everyday lives.\n\n\n\nThe project has already reached a substantial audience, with more than 40,000 copies reportedly distributed across the world. The work is also moving beyond the printed format, with audio editions being developed to make the content accessible to a wider audience. Editions are being developed in multiple Indian languages, including Hindi, English, Marathi and Telugu, with the larger vision extending to approximately 12 languages.\n\n\n\nWhat makes Sai Satcharitra – The New Testament distinctive is its focus on personal experiences. The book brings together stories of devotees who believe that an impossible situation changed, families who feel they received help during a crisis, individuals who found courage at a difficult point in their lives and seekers who say their faith gave them a new direction. These accounts are presented as personal testimonies and spiritual experiences rather than scientific proof. For those who experienced them, however, the emotional and spiritual significance remains deeply personal.\n\n\n\nThe title The New Testament is itself intended to convey the idea of continuity. Hemadpant’s Sai Satcharitra documented the experiences surrounding Sai Baba more than a century ago. Khetrapal’s work looks at the present and asks what devotees are experiencing today. In that sense, the book attempts to create a bridge between two generations — connecting the Sai Baba remembered through historical accounts with the Sai Baba experienced through the faith of contemporary devotees.\n\n\n\nKhetrapal’s own journey across cinema, television, production, spiritual writing and Sai-related projects adds another dimension to the initiative. His attempt is to bring spiritual storytelling into a format that can connect with today’s audience while retaining the essence of Sai Baba’s teachings. The result is intended to be more than a traditional religious publication; it is an attempt to preserve a collection of contemporary human experiences shaped by faith.\n\n\n\nAt its core, the book is ultimately about people — their struggles, their prayers, their hopes and their belief. It speaks of faith without fear, service without expectation, compassion without boundaries and humanity without labels. From Shirdi to international spiritual circles, from printed pages to digital audio and from Hemadpant’s generation to today’s devotees, the journey of Sai Satcharitra continues to evolve.\n\n\n\nMore than a century ago, Hemadpant recorded stories that became part of the spiritual memory of millions. Today, Khetrapal believes another generation has its own stories to tell. Sai Satcharitra – The New Testament seeks to preserve those experiences so that the present does not disappear into memory.\n\n\n\nThe question at the heart of the book is therefore both simple and profound: if miracles were recorded then, can they still be happening now?\n\n\n\nFor the devotees whose experiences form the foundation of this new granth, the answer is a matter of faith.\n\n\n\nMiracles Then. Miracles Now. And perhaps, Miracles Forever.\n\n\n\nAbout Aushim K. Khetrapal: Aushim K. When it is connected to a person, a performance, an era or a cultural moment, it can carry a story that gives it a value beyond its original purpose.\r\nThat idea is at the heart of Celebrity Closet, a new initiative from fashion-first circular fashion brand Stymo, which brings together celebrity fashion, fandom, memorabilia and social impact through curated collections.\r\nLaunched on August 20, the initiative gives fans an opportunity to acquire selected pieces connected to celebrities and cultural personalities while helping those items find a new life. A portion of proceeds from participating collections is directed towards social causes or NGOs selected by the participating personalities.\r\nThe first Celebrity Closet drop features K.G.F actor Avinash BS and Parikrama, one of India’s well-known classic rock bands.\r\nFor Avinash, the collection features selected pieces from his personal wardrobe. Parikrama’s collection includes official band merchandise T-shirts signed by the band, giving fans an opportunity to own music memorabilia that can also become part of their personal wardrobe or collection.\r\nWhen Clothing Carries a Story\r\nCelebrity Closet is built around the idea that the meaning of an item can extend beyond its material value.\r\nA piece of clothing from a celebrity’s personal wardrobe carries a connection to the individual who owned or wore it. Similarly, a signed band T-shirt can represent a connection to a particular artist, musical legacy or fan community.\r\nThat personal and cultural connection is what Stymo aims to bring into the circular fashion conversation.\r\nRather than positioning pre-owned clothing simply as an alternative to buying new, Celebrity Closet explores how provenance, personality and storytelling can make previously owned pieces desirable in their own right.\r\nBefore selected garments are listed, they undergo Stymo’s inspection, cleaning and restoration process where required. Relevant items may also be accompanied by information relating to provenance and authentication.\r\n“Every garment holds a story, especially those worn during important moments in our lives and careers. Celebrity Closet gives me an opportunity to share some of those pieces with people who have followed my journey, while also contributing towards [NGO/Cause],” said Avinash BS.\r\nBringing Fandom Into the Circular Economy\r\nFor many fans, owning something associated with an artist is about more than the object itself.\r\nA concert T-shirt, signed piece of merchandise or garment from a celebrity wardrobe can become a personal keepsake. Celebrity Closet builds on that emotional connection while introducing the principles of reuse and circularity into the experience.\r\nTanya Khosla, Head of Fashion at Stymo, sees this intersection of emotion and circularity as an important part of the initiative.\r\n“Fashion has always been about identity, culture and the stories we choose to carry with us. Celebrity Closet brings that same emotional connection into resale and reuse,”said Bhowmik. “Whether it is a piece worn by an actor or a T-shirt signed by a band that has shaped India’s rock music scene, these aren’t just garments. They have a story, and we want to give people a way to become part of that story while supporting a more circular way of consuming fashion.”\r\nThe model creates a different kind of relationship between creator and consumer—one where an item can move from a celebrity’s wardrobe or collection into the hands of someone who already has an emotional connection with that personality.\r\nFrom Celebrity Wardrobes to Limited Collections\r\nThe inaugural Celebrity Closet collections became available through Stymo from August 20.\r\nAvinash’s collection features selected pieces from his personal wardrobe, while Parikrama’s offering focuses on signed official merchandise T-shirts.\r\nDepending on the collection, selected pieces may be presented through limited-time drops or auctions. Buyers receive relevant product information and, where applicable, authentication documentation.\r\nThe initiative also incorporates a social-impact element, with a portion of proceeds from participating collections directed towards a cause or NGO selected by the respective celebrity or cultural personality.\r\nFor Stymo, this adds another dimension to the circular model: an existing product is not only kept in circulation, but can also contribute to a social purpose through its next chapter.\r\nA Different Approach to Circular Fashion\r\nStymo’s Celebrity Closet initiative forms part of a broader effort to make circular fashion more engaging for consumers.\r\nThe company’s model combines pre-owned and refurbished clothing, deadstock and limited collections with fashion-led design and technology. Its focus is on giving existing garments additional value and extending their useful life.\r\nStymo also uses technology across its operating processes. Its proprietary AI Hub App supports product photography, cataloguing and lifecycle assessment tracking for individual SKUs, helping bring greater consistency and transparency to the circular fashion experience.\r\nThe company says its approach is designed to help consumers understand the environmental value associated with keeping products in circulation, including information around carbon emissions and water savings.\r\nConnecting Sustainability With Culture\r\nThe fashion industry’s circular economy is often discussed in terms of waste reduction, recycling and resource efficiency. But consumer behaviour is equally important.\r\nPeople are more likely to keep, reuse or pass on an item when it has meaning.\r\nCelebrity Closet approaches that behavioural challenge through culture and fandom. By connecting pre-owned garments and merchandise with people and stories that consumers already care about, the initiative aims to make circular consumption feel less like a compromise and more like a discovery.\r\nThis could also create opportunities for new forms of fashion collecting, where provenance, scarcity and personal association become part of the value proposition.\r\nBuilding Celebrity Closet Beyond Its First Drop\r\nThe inaugural collection is intended to be the beginning of an ongoing Stymo property.\r\nFuture editions are expected to explore personalities from film, music, sport, fashion and popular culture, potentially bringing different communities and forms of fandom into the circular fashion ecosystem.\r\nEach collection can offer a different story, depending on the personality involved and the items selected.\r\nThe broader ambition is to create a platform where clothing and cultural memorabilia can continue their journeys rather than ending their value after their first owner is finished with them.\r\nRethinking What Fashion Value Means\r\nCelebrity Closet reflects a broader shift taking place within fashion: value does not necessarily have to come from being brand new.\r\nA garment can derive value from its design, its history, its provenance, its connection to a cultural figure or the memories associated with it. Circular fashion creates an opportunity to preserve and build on those dimensions.\r\nFor Stymo, the challenge is to bring those ideas together in a way that works commercially while making reuse and resale more desirable.\r\nWith its first collection featuring Avinash BS and Parikrama, Celebrity Closet is taking that idea into a space where fashion meets entertainment, music, fandom and social impact.\r\nAs the initiative develops, its success may ultimately be measured by how effectively it can change the perception of what pre-owned fashion can represent from something that has already been used to something that still has a story left to tell.\r\nAbout Stymo\r\nStymo is a fashion-first circular fashion brand built by Enviu, focused on making it easier to discover, own and rewear clothing with a story.\r\nThe company works with pre-owned and refurbished fashion, deadstock and limited collections, using circular production processes to give garments longer and more valuable lives.\r\nStymo combines upcycling, fashion design and technology to transform dormant warehouse surplus and pre-loved apparel into distinctive fashion pieces. Its circular production workflow includes sourcing, inspection, sanitisation, restoration and redesign, with renewed products sold through its direct-to-consumer platform.\r\nThe company’s proprietary AI Hub App supports product photography, cataloguing and lifecycle assessment tracking across its products, providing consumers with information intended to make the environmental value of circular purchases more transparent.\r\nThrough initiatives such as Celebrity Closet, Stymo is expanding the idea of circular fashion beyond resale bringing together fashion, culture, personal stories and social impact to create new reasons for consumers to keep products in circulation.","articleSection":"Entertainment","datePublished":"2026-09-06T17:21:37+0530","dateModified":"2026-09-06T23:47:48+0530","inLanguage":"en-us","author":{"@type":"Person","name":"JR Choudhary","url":"https://www.sangritoday.in/user/jrchoudhary"},"publisher":{"@type":"Organization","name":"Sangri Today NE","url":"https://www.sangritoday.in","logo":{"@type":"ImageObject","url":"https://www.sangritoday.in/uploads/logo/logo_6a9e66d1589be4-54004936.png"}},"image":{"@type":"ImageObject","url":"https://pnndigital.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/09/PNN-2026-09-03T122318.944.jpg","contentUrl":"https://pnndigital.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/09/PNN-2026-09-03T122318.944.jpg"},"keywords":["Celebrity","Closet","Turns","Personal","Style","and","Cultural","Memorabilia","Into","New","Circular","Fashion","Experience"]}</script>

Prof. Hemlata K. Bagla; IAS Dr. Prashant B. Narnaware,\nSecretary to Governor; Dr. Bhagwan Balani, Registrar, HSNC University; deans,\nprincipals, directors and officials came together to celebrate the\ngraduating class of 2026 and to look beyond the degree towards the journey that\nlies ahead. At the heart of this year&#039;s celebration were 45 gold medallists,\nrecognised for outstanding academic achievement. \n\nGovernor Shri Jishnu Dev Varma\ngave that journey a memorable expression: “Dikshant is not Shikshant.”\nThe message was simple, but profound. The completion of formal education is\nnot the completion of learning. A degree may mark the end of a student&#039;s time\nat University, but it cannot mark the end of curiosity, growth, discovery or\ncontribution.\n\nFor a generation entering a world being transformed by artificial\nintelligence (AI), robotics, biotechnology, climate change and cyber-security,\nthe distinction could hardly be more relevant. \n\nIn such a world, the Governor urged students to look beyond technical\ncompetence. “I often say that AI without compassion and empathy is meaningless,”\nhe said, stressing that technological progress must be accompanied by ethics,\nvalues, health and social responsibility.\n\nThe degree is a milestone, not a destination\n\nDrawing on Robert Frost’s evocative lines about having “miles to go\nbefore I sleep,” Governor Varma reminded the graduates that the road ahead\nwould bring new opportunities, challenges and responsibilities. But his message\nwent beyond careers. India needs not merely good professionals, he said, but\ngood citizens and leaders of society. Leadership is not restricted to political\noffice or formal positions of authority. Anyone who touches the lives of others\nand transforms them can be a leader. A degree, therefore, may open a door. It\nis character, continuous learning and the ability to contribute that determine\nwhere the journey goes next.\n\nThe Governor also reminded students that some of the most important\nlessons of University life are not found in textbooks: friendship, cooperation,\ntolerance, mutual respect, compassion and empathy. These are qualities that are\nexperienced and lived and ultimately become part of the making of a leader.\n\nCommending the University’s rapid growth, Governor Varma\nobserved that the pace and scale of its progress were a reflection of the\nstrength and vision of its leadership.\n\nThat journey, in many ways, mirrors the journey of HSNC University\nitself. Reflecting on that journey in her address, Vice Chancellor Col. Dr.\nHemlata K. Bagla recalled how HSNC University was born in 2020 at an\nextraordinary moment in history, when the world was closing its doors during\nthe pandemic, the University was opening the doors of a new institution. What\nbegan with three constituent colleges, H.R. College, K.C. College and Bombay\nTeachers’ Training College, has since grown into a vibrant, multidisciplinary\nUniversity with eight constituent Colleges and eight professional Schools,\nspanning commerce, humanities, education, law, engineering, pharmacy, science,\ntechnology, management, performing arts, yoga and wellness, and\ninterdisciplinary studies. But the expansion, she emphasised, is about far more\nthan scale: the University is deepening its academic and research ecosystem,\nwith new research centres in areas such as pharmacology, artificial\nintelligence and data science, recognised research guides and supervisors,\nresearch grants and travel support for faculty and students. Its innovation\necosystem is turning ideas into solutions, with students applying for 12\npatents in two years, while international research collaborations, including\nwork associated with the International Atomic Energy Agency, are strengthening\nits research culture.\n\nFor Dr. Bagla, the larger purpose of the University&#039;s growth is\nto create opportunities, build capability and ensure that education extends\nbeyond the classroom into society. But on this day, she emphasised that the\nspotlight is on the graduating students, their achievements and  their milestone. As they stepped forward to\nbegin their own journeys, she urged them to carry the spirit of HSNC University\nwith them: curiosity in their minds, compassion in their hearts, courage in\ntheir decisions and Bharat in their consciousness. This, she said, was the DNA\nof HSNC University, a combination of knowledge, compassion, courage and a deep\nsense of responsibility that the graduates would now carry with them into the\nworld. They were no longer simply students of HSNC University, but its true\nambassadors, carrying its values, experiences and aspirations beyond its\ncampuses.\n\nProvost Mr. Anil Harish urged the graduates to\nkeep climbing beyond the first peak, reminding them that careers can evolve,\nnew opportunities can emerge and learning can take many forms. Quoting Alvin\nToffler in “Future Shock”, he emphasised the importance of being able to\nlearn, unlearn and relearn throughout life.\n\nMr. Anil Harish encouraged the graduating class to keep\ncoming back to HSNC University, as learners, teachers, speakers, mentors and\nengaged alumni who can guide the generations that follow. His message extended\nthe idea of lifelong learning into lifelong connection: the University&#039;s\nrelationship with its students should continue well beyond graduation, with\nalumni returning not only to benefit from the institution but also to give back\nto it. In this sense, the degree marks not a departure from the University, but\nthe beginning of a different relationship with it.\n\nFor Dr. Niranjan Hiranandani, President, HSNC Board, the\nUniversity&#039;s next phase is about turning expansion into academic depth. From\nthree constituent colleges at its inception, HSNC University has grown to\neight, with new schools and disciplines widening its academic footprint. \n\nLooking ahead, Dr. Hiranandani also outlined plans for a 20-acre\ncampus at Alibaug, envisioned as a world-class academic ecosystem with\ncontemporary learning spaces, advanced research facilities, technology-enabled\nclassrooms, opportunities for innovation and entrepreneurship, sports\ninfrastructure and an environment designed to foster interdisciplinary\nlearning. The ambition, he said, is to create infrastructure that matches\nthe aspirations of the next generation and enables HSNC University to compete\nwith the finest institutions nationally and internationally. As Dr. Hiranandani\nobserved, the first phase was about establishing the University. The present\nphase is about expanding and strengthening it. The next phase, he said, must be\nabout creating an institution of global standards and national importance.\n\nAs the graduates left the Convocation stage, they carried more than a\ndegree with them. Yellow Fox takes a quieter\nstarting point: before asking what a brand should say, it asks what people\nshould feel.\n\nFounded by journalist-turned-advertising professional Mehak Sachdeva,\nYellow Fox is a creative strategy and brand filmmaking studio working out of\nDelhi and Bengaluru. The studio brings cinematographers, directors, producers\nand photographers together under one roof, so strategic thinking and visual\nstorytelling grow out of the same conversation from the very start of a brief.\n\nFor Sachdeva, this comes from a simple belief: feeling isn’t an\nafterthought to messaging. It is the strategy.\n\n“In a grey world, I think in yellow,” is the line that sums up the\nspirit of the studio: distinctive, curious, and happy to look at familiar brand\nchallenges from an angle no one else tried first.\n\nThat instinct goes back to Sachdeva’s early years as a journalist,\nwhere she learned to look past the obvious version of a story and ask the\nquestion others hadn’t thought to. She carried that same instinct with her into\nadvertising and brand communication, and it still shapes how she works today.\n\nIn 2018, she co-founded Quick Brown Fox, where she and her team worked\nwith more than 500 brands over the years. She retained every client she\npersonally worked with during that time, an experience that taught her a lot\nabout what it actually takes to build a brand relationship that lasts.\n\nShe founded Yellow Fox in 2024, carrying that same philosophy forward\nwith a sharper focus: creative strategy, brand films, campaign thinking, and\ncontent IPs.\n\n\n\nFrom brand films to stories that outlive campaigns\n\n\n\nOne project close to the studio’s heart is “Imprint on Time,” a\ndocumentary series made for Stonex and broadcast on Architectural Digest India.\nRather than training the camera on buildings alone, the series went looking for\nthe people and ideas behind them, the individuals who imagined those spaces\nbefore anyone else could see them.\n\nIt’s a good example of how Yellow Fox tends to approach a brief: find\nthe human story inside the subject, and let that story do the talking.\n\nThe studio’s work also includes “Made to Play,” a line Sachdeva wrote\nfor NU Republic. Years after the campaign it was created for ended, the tagline\nis still anchoring the brand, a reminder of what the studio values most: ideas\nsturdy enough to take on a life of their own.\n\nOver the years, Sachdeva&#039;s client work has spanned brands including\nSony, Motorola, Ford, NU Republic, Stonex, Novotel, ITC and DLF Malls.\n\nIts campaigns have also delivered strong numbers along the way, over\n109.2 million impressions, over 82.3 million in reach, and results 163.5% above\ntarget, proof that an approach built on feeling can hold its own on performance\ntoo.\n\nStill, for Yellow Fox, the numbers were never the starting point. The\nstory was.\n\nAt its core, the studio believes that when strategy, storytelling and\nexecution move together, a brand does more than deliver a message. It gives\npeople something to recognise, remember, and feel.\n\nAs Yellow Fox continues its work across brand films, campaigns and\ncontent IPs, its approach stays simple: start with the feeling, find the story,\nand let the idea lead the way.\n\n\n\nAbout Yellow Fox\n\n\n\nYellow Fox is a creative strategy and brand filmmaking studio working\nout of Delhi and Bengaluru. Founded by Mehak Sachdeva in 2024, the studio\nbrings together creative strategy, filmmaking and production under one roof,\nacross brand films, campaign strategy and content IPs.\n\n\n\nMedia Contact: Website: www.yellowfox.in Email: hello@yellowfox.in\n\n","articleSection":"Business","datePublished":"2026-09-03T19:34:49+0530","dateModified":"2026-09-03T19:34:49+0530","inLanguage":"en-us","author":{"@type":"Person","name":"JR Choudhary","url":"https://www.sangritoday.in/user/jrchoudhary"},"publisher":{"@type":"Organization","name":"Sangri Today NE","url":"https://www.sangritoday.in","logo":{"@type":"ImageObject","url":"https://www.sangritoday.in/uploads/logo/logo_6a9e66d1589be4-54004936.png"}},"image":{"@type":"ImageObject","url":"https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjcyNB4poOcGEWln7EzNtQibdRUGMOHQc5z0Bnw5BKwMh2pthu_QmFtw3GfRQzmOt-93unicV9mxS5-amGcvetFRsMOKR6I-DUewNTMwIIvvyBRmzb2Ov6vP46lJ4RiOv1iMcfavHb27jR5aEbkRLx3HXjuyDpEZeKIGuIiiqO1JXmem2ku8jm1Z7kqpgLo/w1600/Yellow%20Fox%20.jpg","contentUrl":"https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjcyNB4poOcGEWln7EzNtQibdRUGMOHQc5z0Bnw5BKwMh2pthu_QmFtw3GfRQzmOt-93unicV9mxS5-amGcvetFRsMOKR6I-DUewNTMwIIvvyBRmzb2Ov6vP46lJ4RiOv1iMcfavHb27jR5aEbkRLx3HXjuyDpEZeKIGuIiiqO1JXmem2ku8jm1Z7kqpgLo/w1600/Yellow%20Fox%20.jpg"},"keywords":["Yellow","Fox","Puts","Feeling","the","Centre","Brand","Storytelling","","Building","Creative","Strategy","Around","What","Audiences","Remember"]}</script>

On a busy day, that is exactly where revenue leaks out: the no-show nobody followed up on, the prepaid package that quietly expired, the product that ran out midway through a service.\r\nCleomitra, an AI-powered business platform from Yakria Tech, addresses this with Service OS, the operations edition of its omni-channel business operating system. Service OS brings appointments, billing, inventory, memberships and reporting into one connected system, and keeps each of them linked to the customer record and the conversation the booking came from.\r\nOne Front Desk, From Booking to Bill\r\nService OS is built around the counter where a service business actually runs. Booking, service delivery and payment stay on a single record instead of being re-entered three times:\r\n\r\n\r\n·      Appointments and online booking. Staff schedule from a shared calendar, and customers book themselves through a public booking page without waiting for someone to pick up the phone.\r\n\r\n\r\n·      Reminders that go out on their own. Confirmations and reminders reach customers on WhatsApp automatically, so the team is not chasing no-shows by hand.\r\n\r\n\r\n·      GST-ready billing and point of sale. The bill closes against the same appointment it came from, with tax handled at the point of sale.\r\n\r\n\r\n·      One catalogue for services and products. Prices are set once and used everywhere, from the booking page to the final invoice.\r\n\r\n\r\nStock, Payments and the Books\r\n\r\n\r\nBehind the counter, Service OS tracks inventory alongside the services that consume it, so a business sees what is running low before a customer is already in the chair. Payments and ledger management sit in the same place, giving owners a single view of what has been billed, what has been collected and what is still outstanding, without exporting anything into a separate accounting sheet.\r\n\r\n\r\nMemberships and Packages That Bring Customers Back\r\n\r\n\r\nFor service-led businesses, repeat visits are the business. Service OS supports memberships and prepaid packages that secure revenue upfront and give customers a reason to return, with balances and expiry tracked automatically rather than being reconstructed from old bills. Offers and coupons run on the same customer records, so a campaign can be aimed at the people who have not visited in months instead of everyone at once.\r\n\r\n\r\nBuilt for Teams and Multiple Branches\r\n\r\n\r\nCleomitra charges nothing per user, so every receptionist, stylist and therapist can have an account without raising the bill. Roles and permissions decide who sees revenue reports and who only sees the day&#039;s schedule, and multi-branch support lets an owner compare locations on the same reports and analytics. Dedicated mobile apps serve business owners and staff separately, matching what each actually needs on the floor.\r\n\r\n\r\nWorking Alongside Cleomitra&#039;s AI Agents\r\n\r\n\r\nService OS runs on the same platform as Cleomitra&#039;s two AI agents, Mitra for customer engagement and Cleo for back-office work, so operational records stay in step with the conversations happening around them. The agents are covered in a separate announcement.\r\n\r\n\r\n&quot;A service business does not experience appointments, billing and stock as three separate problems. It experiences one busy counter,&quot; said Ram Balagurunathan, Founder &amp;amp; President, Yakria Tech. &quot;Service OS is built for that counter. Once the booking, the bill and the customer&#039;s history live in one system, the team stops re-entering the same information and starts noticing the customers who have not come back.&quot;\r\n\r\n\r\nThe company&#039;s aim with Service OS is to let owners run their operations error-free and see the whole business, from the day&#039;s schedule to the month&#039;s revenue, without stitching the picture together from separate tools.\r\n\r\n\r\nCleomitra is developed by Yakria Tech, founded by Ram Balagurunathan, whose background includes more than 18 years at Amazon leading engineering organisations across voice technology, AI solutions and large-scale cloud systems.\r\n\r\n\r\nService OS is available today through Cleomitra&#039;s web and mobile applications, with dedicated apps for both business owners and staff.\r\n\r\n\r\nAbout Cleomitra\r\n\r\n\r\nCleomitra is an AI-powered omni-channel business platform developed by Yakria Tech that unifies point of sale, CRM, marketing and operations across WhatsApp, Instagram, calls and email. Service OS is its operations edition for service-led businesses, covering appointments and online booking, GST-ready billing and point of sale, catalogue, inventory, payments and ledger, memberships and prepaid packages, offers and coupons, reports and analytics, and multi-branch management with roles and permissions. The\nmodern leading actor must combine emotional depth, physical capability,\ntechnical awareness, versatility, discipline, and an unmistakable screen\npresence. Rish Sinha has deliberately built his skill set around that complete\npackage.\n\n \n\nHis greatest advantage\nis not one individual ability—it is the combination of abilities he can bring\nto a production.\n\n \n\nA\nLeading Man With Genuine Acting Range\n\n \n\nAt the center of Rish’s\nstrengths is versatility as a performer.\n\n \n\nHis acting range\nextends from romance and emotionally nuanced performances to larger-than-life\nmass-entertainment characters and action heroes. He is comfortable approaching\nperformances through method-based preparation while also understanding the\nimportance of spontaneity and improvisation.\n\n \n\nThat flexibility\nmatters in Hollywood because today’s leading roles are rarely one-dimensional.\nAn action hero may also need vulnerability. A romantic lead may need intensity.\nA dramatic protagonist may suddenly be required to carry humor, physical\naction, or psychological complexity.\n\n \n\nRish’s objective is to\nbe the actor who can move convincingly between those worlds rather than being\nrestricted to a single genre.\n\n \n\nAn\nActor Who Understands the Camera\n\n \n\nPerformance does not\nexist independently of filmmaking.\n\n \n\nRish brings an\nunderstanding of camera blocking, lighting setups, positioning, continuity, and\nemotional authenticity on set. Knowing how to adapt a performance to the lens\ncan make an actor significantly more effective during production.\n\n \n\nA close-up demands\nsomething different from a wide action sequence. A complicated camera move may\nrequire an actor to reproduce precisely the same physical and emotional beats\nacross multiple takes.\n\n \n\nThat technical\nawareness allows Rish to think not only as a performer but as part of the\nfilmmaking process.\n\n \n\nBuilt\nfor Action\n\n \n\nOne of Rish’s most\nsignificant competitive advantages is the breadth of his action capabilities.\n\n \n\nHis skills include\nhigh-performance driving, stunt work, fight sequences, wire work, stage combat,\nfirearms handling, swordplay, and horse riding.\n\n \n\nFor action-oriented\nHollywood projects, that creates substantial versatility.\n\n \n\nInstead of approaching\nan action character only through acting, Rish can understand the physical\nlanguage of the character as well—the movement, timing, coordination,\naggression, control, and precision required to make action believable.\n\n \n\nHis experience around\nmotorcycles, road cars, jet skis, motocross, track driving, ATVs, and\nfour-wheel-drive vehicles further expands the types of sequences and characters\nhe can potentially portray.\n\n \n\nThese are particularly\nvaluable abilities for franchises involving espionage, military characters, superheroes,\ncrime thrillers, racing, adventure, and large-scale action cinema.\n\n \n\nPhysical\nStorytelling\n\n \n\nRish’s movement\nbackground provides another dimension.\n\n \n\nHis experience includes\nBollywood dance, contemporary movement, break dance, pole movement, and freestyle.\n\n \n\nDance training is about\nfar more than choreography. It develops rhythm, spatial awareness, balance,\ntiming, body control, coordination, and confidence—all qualities that translate\ndirectly into acting and action performance.\n\n \n\nA performer who understands\nmovement can communicate character even without dialogue.\n\n \n\nThat becomes especially\nimportant in cinematic roles where posture, walking style, fighting movement,\nromantic chemistry, and physical presence can define a character before a\nsingle word is spoken.\n\n \n\nInternational\nVersatility\n\n \n\nHollywood has\nincreasingly become an international industry, and actors capable of crossing\ncultural and stylistic boundaries have an important opportunity.\n\n \n\nRish’s ability to\nperform using American and British dialects gives him additional flexibility\nwhen approaching characters created for international productions.\n\n \n\nCombined with his\nphysical and dramatic range, this expands the spectrum of roles for which he\ncan prepare.\n\n \n\nThe goal is not simply\nto fit one category.\n\n \n\nIt is difficult to\ncategorize.\n\n \n\nThe Advantage Is the\nCombination\n\n \n\nMany performers possess\none exceptional quality.\n\n \n\nSome are strong\ndramatic actors.\n\n \n\nSome are convincing\naction performers.\n\n \n\nSome can dance.\n\n \n\nSome have excellent\nphysical presence.\n\n \n\nSome understand stunt\nwork.\n\n \n\nSome understand the\ntechnical requirements of filmmaking.\n\n \n\nRish’s potential\nadvantage lies in developing all of those disciplines simultaneously.\n\n \n\nThat creates the\nfoundation of a modern cinematic leading man: someone capable of carrying\nromance, drama, action, spectacle, movement, and emotional storytelling within\nthe same career—and potentially within the same character.\n\n \n\nWhy\nHollywood Could Be the Right Arena\n\n \n\nHollywood’s biggest\nleading roles increasingly demand actors capable of operating across genres.\n\n \n\nThink of the\nrequirements behind a major spy franchise, superhero film, action thriller,\nhistorical epic, romantic drama, or adventure franchise. Veteran television journalist Neeru Sharma confronts this reality head-on in her directorial debut, the 21-minute short film Bandra Boy. Though compact in length, the film carries the emotional weight and narrative confidence of a full-length feature, offering a pointed examination of how the rush for breaking news can leave truth behind.\r\nDrawing on more than two decades of experience in journalism, Sharma crafts a story rooted in the mechanics of media trials. The film is inspired by real-life incidents and explores the irreversible consequences that rumours, selective reporting and public perception can inflict on an individual. While the title and premise may evoke memories of a widely discussed celebrity case, Sharma approaches the material with a fresh perspective and a distinct storytelling voice that avoids direct replication.\r\nThe narrative centres on Siddharth Oberoi, a celebrated public figure played by Ahvaan Kumar. Detained during a police raid, Oberoi finds himself at the centre of a storm even though no narcotic substance is recovered from him and his medical report clears him of any wrongdoing. A larger conspiracy begins to take shape. His father, Devraj Oberoi, portrayed by Dharmendra Gohil, attempts to contain the damage through a high-stakes financial arrangement. The situation shifts dramatically when a video clip surfaces in the media, propelling the story toward a gripping and unexpected climax.\r\nAhvaan Kumar delivers a measured performance that captures his character’s confusion, helplessness and mounting emotional strain. Dharmendra Gohil brings seasoned credibility to the role of the father, grounding every scene with quiet authority. Supporting performances by Lochan Barsagade, Yash Pednekar, Pawan Tiwari, Shyam Thombre, Aishwarya Manohar and Himanshi Mandaliya ensure that even the smaller roles leave a lasting impression within the film’s tight runtime.\r\nFor a first-time director, Sharma demonstrates notable confidence and maturity. Her storytelling remains focused and engaging from start to finish. The screenplay sustains tension without unnecessary digression, and sensitive themes—media ethics, the power of public opinion and the manipulation of personal image—are woven into the narrative with restraint rather than sermonising.\r\nTechnically, the film matches its narrative ambition. Kaushal Mahavir’s background score heightens the emotional intensity of pivotal moments. Ayush Shah’s cinematography lends the frames a rich cinematic texture that belies the short format. Sandeep Kurup’s crisp editing keeps the 21-minute runtime lean and purposeful, ensuring that no sequence feels superfluous.\r\nThe lasting strength of Bandra Boy lies in the questions it poses. Is it fair to define a person’s identity solely through sensational headlines? Can media trials inflict damage that courts and time struggle to repair? These inquiries elevate the film beyond straightforward entertainment and position it as pointed social commentary.\r\nRecognition at the New York International Women Festival further underscores the film’s ability to travel beyond language and geography. An honest story, told with clarity and conviction, continues to find resonance with audiences far from its Mumbai setting.\r\nIn a media environment that prizes speed over scrutiny, Bandra Boy serves as a timely reminder. Headlines may shape public memory in an instant, yet the human cost of that shaping often outlasts the news cycle itself. Sharma’s debut demonstrates that even a brief runtime can deliver a lasting impact when the focus remains on truth, accountability and the quiet damage caused when judgment precedes justice.","articleSection":"Entertainment","datePublished":"2026-07-28T16:22:25+0530","dateModified":"2026-07-28T16:22:25+0530","inLanguage":"en-us","author":{"@type":"Person","name":"JR Choudhary","url":"https://www.sangritoday.in/user/jrchoudhary"},"publisher":{"@type":"Organization","name":"Sangri Today NE","url":"https://www.sangritoday.in","logo":{"@type":"ImageObject","url":"https://www.sangritoday.in/uploads/logo/logo_6a9e66d1589be4-54004936.png"}},"image":{"@type":"ImageObject","url":"https://www.sangritoday.in/uploads/images/202607/image_1200x675_6a68896686aa8.webp","contentUrl":"https://www.sangritoday.in/uploads/images/202607/image_1200x675_6a68896686aa8.webp"},"keywords":["Bandra Boy","Neeru Sharma","Media Trials","Short Film","Ahvaan Kumar","Dharmendra Gohil"]}</script>

The move aims to provide seamless connectivity to lakhs of pilgrims, security personnel, and local authorities during the annual pilgrimage.\r\nThe company announced the deployment of new network sites at Chandanwari, Pissu Top, and Betaab Valley along the crucial Pahalgam route. This expansion complements Airtel’s existing coverage at Baltal, ensuring comprehensive connectivity leading up to the holy Amarnath cave shrine. The initiative was executed in close coordination with government authorities and local administration to bolster communications during the high-footfall event.\r\nPilgrims undertaking the challenging journey will now benefit from reliable voice calls and high-speed data services, which are essential for staying connected with family members, accessing real-time information, and handling emergency situations. The enhanced network is also expected to support security operations and administrative coordination more effectively in the difficult Himalayan terrain.\r\nSpeaking on the development, Vikram RS, COO – Jammu and Kashmir, Bharti Airtel, said, “At Airtel, we remain committed to connecting people, communities, and essential services, even in some of the most challenging terrains. The expansion of our network across both the Pahalgam and Baltal routes for the Amarnath Yatra reflects our continued investment in Jammu &amp;amp; Kashmir and our commitment to ensuring that pilgrims, security personnel, and authorities remain reliably connected throughout this important annual pilgrimage.”\r\nThis latest expansion underscores Airtel’s ongoing efforts to bridge the digital divide in remote and strategically important regions of the country. The Amarnath Yatra attracts devotees from across India and abroad, making robust connectivity not just a convenience but a critical requirement for safety and smooth conduct of the pilgrimage.\r\nThe company’s proactive approach in deploying infrastructure in tough geographical conditions highlights its role in supporting national initiatives for improved digital access. Reliable mobile connectivity during such mass gatherings helps reduce communication gaps, enables faster response to emergencies, and enhances the overall experience for participants.\r\nAirtel has consistently invested in expanding its footprint in Jammu and Kashmir, recognising the region’s unique challenges and importance. The enhanced coverage along both major routes to the shrine is expected to make a meaningful difference for the millions who undertake the yatra each year.\r\nAs the pilgrimage season progresses, this strengthened network infrastructure will play a vital role in ensuring safety, coordination, and connectivity. The initiative also aligns with broader goals of digital inclusion and infrastructure development in hilly and remote areas of the country.\r\nThe deployment demonstrates how private sector participation, in collaboration with government agencies, can significantly improve essential services during major religious and cultural events. For devotees braving harsh weather and difficult terrain, the assurance of reliable mobile connectivity provides much-needed peace of mind.\r\nAirtel’s commitment to the region is likely to benefit not only the yatra but also local communities and tourism in the long term. As India continues its digital transformation journey, such targeted infrastructure projects play a crucial role in connecting every corner of the nation.","articleSection":"Business","datePublished":"2026-07-03T14:16:07+0530","dateModified":"2026-07-03T14:16:07+0530","inLanguage":"en-us","author":{"@type":"Person","name":"JR Choudhary","url":"https://www.sangritoday.in/user/jrchoudhary"},"publisher":{"@type":"Organization","name":"Sangri Today NE","url":"https://www.sangritoday.in","logo":{"@type":"ImageObject","url":"https://www.sangritoday.in/uploads/logo/logo_6a9e66d1589be4-54004936.png"}},"image":{"@type":"ImageObject","url":"https://pnn.digital/wp-content/uploads/2026/07/PNN-1-1.jpg","contentUrl":"https://pnn.digital/wp-content/uploads/2026/07/PNN-1-1.jpg"},"keywords":["Bharti Airtel","Amarnath Yatra","Network Expansion","Jammu Kashmir","Pahalgam Route","Digital Connectivity","Pilgrimage"]}</script>

Junglee Music released the recreated track, &quot;Ucha Lamba Kad Forever,&quot; on June 1, 2026, the latest song from the comedy &quot;Welcome to the Jungle,&quot; the third film in the franchise that began with Welcome in 2007 and continued with Welcome Back in 2015. \r\nThe new version keeps the bones of the original and swaps out almost everything else. The 2007 song was composed by Anand Raj Anand and sung by him with Kalpana Patowary; the recreation hands the music to Vikram Montrose, with Anand Raj Anand returning on vocals alongside Rubai. Meggha Bali wrote fresh lyrics layered over Sameer&#039;s originals. On screen, Katrina Kaif&#039;s place opposite Akshay Kumar has gone to Disha Patani.\r\nThat swap is the actual story here, and it isn&#039;t unique to one song. Bollywood has spent much of the past decade mining its own back catalogue, rebuilding old hits for a generation that meets them first as short-video clips rather than film sequences. &quot;Ucha Lamba Kad Forever&quot; is built for exactly that loop: a familiar hook, a simple beat, a chorus people can shout without learning. The makers are betting that recognition does the marketing for them.\r\nIt&#039;s a low-risk bet, and a telling one. A franchise on its third installment, releasing a recreated party number nearly four weeks before the film opens, is using a known quantity to test the temperature. Composer Montrose has framed the challenge as holding on to the nostalgia while giving the track a new identity — which is the honest tension in every recreation. Lean too hard on the original and you&#039;ve made a karaoke cover. Stray too far and you lose the reason anyone clicked.\r\nWhether it lands is a separate question from whether it trends. Recreations reliably rack up views; they less reliably translate into ticket sales. That gap is what the people behind &quot;Welcome to the Jungle&quot; will be watching.\r\nAnd there is plenty riding on it. Directed by Ahmed Khan and produced by Firoz A. Nadiadwala, the film carries one of the largest ensembles in recent memory — Akshay Kumar, Suniel Shetty, Jacqueline Fernandez, Arshad Warsi, Paresh Rawal, Raveena Tandon, Lara Dutta, Disha Patani and dozens more — and is set for a theatrical release on June 26, 2026. An ensemble that size needs a wide opening to make its numbers work, and a pre-release anthem is the cheapest way to manufacture buzz.\r\nFor Akshay Kumar, the calculation is familiar. He has anchored loud, multi-star comedies for years, and the party song slotted into the promo run is part of that playbook. Reviving a track he originated keeps him at the centre of the franchise&#039;s identity without asking audiences to learn anything new about him.\r\nThe honest verdict on &quot;Ucha Lamba Kad Forever&quot; won&#039;t come from view counts in its first week. It will come on June 26, when the question stops being whether people remember the song and becomes whether they&#039;ll buy a ticket to the film wrapped around it. Among the highlighted personalities is Gojum Mahi Nyodu, who will appear as the Celebrity Guest, bringing her powerful story of transformation and resilience to the event. Organized by MMT Model, the awards evening will also feature TV actress Sana Sultan as the Celebrity Chief Guest.\r\nGojum Mahi Nyodu, an entrepreneur, singer, content creator, and inspirational single mother from Naharlagun, Arunachal Pradesh, embodies strength in the face of adversity. Her professional journey reflects unwavering determination. After navigating the challenges of a broken marriage and betrayal, she channeled her experiences into creative expression, writing, producing, and performing her own songs. Today, she stands as a role model for countless women, particularly single mothers seeking to rebuild their lives with confidence and dignity.\r\nIn a personal reflection shared ahead of the awards, Nyodu described her path: “I am a strong and independent single mother who has faced many challenges in life with courage and determination.” Her greatest pride lies in raising her two sons with strong values. Her elder son is currently studying at IIT Delhi, while her younger son is preparing for the UPSC examinations. These milestones underscore her commitment to family alongside her professional pursuits.\r\nNyodu’s transition into music and content creation emerged from personal pain. She transformed emotional struggles into artistic purpose, creating work that resonates with audiences and inspires women facing similar difficulties. Her major achievements include establishing herself as a singer-producer, building a personal brand as a motivational content creator, and becoming a source of empowerment for others. The recognition at the Successful Woman Achievement Awards 2026 marks a significant milestone in her career, validating years of dedication.\r\nWhen asked about the challenges she overcame, Nyodu spoke candidly about the emotional and financial responsibilities of single parenthood. Rather than succumbing to despair, she focused on her children’s future and discovered her creative talents. Through music and self-love, she rebuilt her confidence and moved forward. Her life mantra captures this philosophy: “If you love yourself, the world becomes yours. If you don’t, no one else can truly make you happy.”\r\nFor Nyodu, women empowerment means equipping women with emotional, financial, and mental strength to make independent choices. She encourages aspiring women professionals and entrepreneurs: “Never let your circumstances define your future. No matter how difficult life becomes, believe in yourself, keep learning, and keep moving forward. Love yourself first.”\r\nThe upcoming awards ceremony promises to be a night of recognition and inspiration. Nyodu expressed gratitude for the opportunity: “I feel honored and grateful to be recognized among inspiring women achievers. It is a proud moment that encourages me to continue making a positive impact.” This recognition, she noted, affirms her hard work and motivates her to reach new heights while uplifting others.\r\nThe event at Aanand Mahal Hotel &amp;amp; Resorts on June 28, 2026, will bring together achievers from diverse fields to honor stories of perseverance. Gojum Mahi Nyodu’s participation adds a deeply personal and motivational dimension, showcasing how individual journeys of resilience contribute to broader conversations on women’s empowerment.\r\nAs the Successful Woman Achievement Awards 2026 approaches, Nyodu’s story serves as a reminder of the power of self-belief. Her vision for the future includes expanding her work in music and content creation to inspire more women, especially single mothers, to live with confidence and self-respect. The appointment marks a significant milestone for regional Indian literature on the international stage.\r\nDevbarman, recognised for his contributions to Northeast India&#039;s literary and cultural landscape, will join more than 250 writers, poets, researchers, artists, and cultural ambassadors drawn from over 30 countries. The scale and cross-disciplinary character of the gathering position IMLF 2026 as one of Southeast Asia&#039;s most consequential literary forums this year.\r\n\r\nFestival at a glance\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n250+  Delegates from 30+ nations\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n5  Days, June 3–7, 2026\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n100 Years of Jam Gadang Tower\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n26 m Height of Jam Gadang Tower\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nThe festival&#039;s timing carries particular historical weight. IMLF 2026 will inaugurate the centennial celebrations of the Jam Gadang Clock Tower, Bukittinggi&#039;s most prominent heritage landmark. Built in 1926 during the Dutch colonial period, the 26-metre tower is often cited as Indonesia&#039;s answer to London&#039;s Big Ben, and its hundredth anniversary serves as the thematic anchor for this year&#039;s edition.\r\nThe official festival theme — &quot;100 Years of Jam Gadang: From Literacy to Legacy — Building Wealth, Peace, and Sustainability Learning&quot; — frames literature not merely as a cultural product but as a vehicle for global dialogue on heritage preservation, peacebuilding, and sustainable futures. Organisers from the Bukittinggi City Administration have indicated the festival is conceived as an international cultural movement, not a standalone literary event.\r\nAmong the highlight events in which Devbarman is scheduled to participate is the World Poetry Parade, held beneath the Jam Gadang Clock Tower Plaza — a public, open-air ceremony that traditionally draws large crowds and international media coverage. He is also expected to take part in academic seminars and intercultural forums addressing the role of literature in bridging societies across geographic and political boundaries.\r\n\r\n\r\n&quot;The festival aims to promote global peace, sustainability, and intercultural understanding through literature, cultural dialogue, and academic exchange.&quot;\r\n— IMLF 2026 organisers and Bukittinggi City Administration\r\n\r\nFor Northeast India — a region whose literary traditions span multiple languages, ethnic communities, and oral histories — Devbarman&#039;s selection carries symbolic significance beyond his individual participation. The region has historically been underrepresented in mainstream Indian cultural diplomacy, and his presence at a festival of this scale is being seen locally as a corrective recognition.\r\nThe festival programme extends well beyond its five-day core. According to the Bukittinggi City Administration, the event will be followed by a two-week cultural carnival encompassing Southeast Asian film screenings, heritage parades, traditional art exhibitions, and academic forums. City authorities have positioned the extended programme as part of a broader strategy to establish Bukittinggi as an emerging international hub for cultural literacy and heritage tourism.\r\nIndia&#039;s participation in multilateral literary forums has grown steadily in recent years, as cultural ministries and independent literary organisations have sought to expand the country&#039;s soft-power footprint in Southeast Asia. Devbarman&#039;s inclusion in the IMLF delegation reflects that broader trajectory, while also highlighting the increasing visibility of voices from India&#039;s northeastern states in international artistic and intellectual circles.\r\nNo official statement from the Indian government or the Ministry of Culture regarding Devbarman&#039;s participation had been issued at the time of publication. This report is based on information provided by festival organisers and the Bukittinggi City Administration.","articleSection":"Lifestyle","datePublished":"2026-05-16T14:47:56+0530","dateModified":"2026-05-16T14:50:08+0530","inLanguage":"en-us","author":{"@type":"Person","name":"JR Choudhary","url":"https://www.sangritoday.in/user/jrchoudhary"},"publisher":{"@type":"Organization","name":"Sangri Today NE","url":"https://www.sangritoday.in","logo":{"@type":"ImageObject","url":"https://www.sangritoday.in/uploads/logo/logo_6a9e66d1589be4-54004936.png"}},"image":{"@type":"ImageObject","url":"https://pnn.digital/wp-content/uploads/2026/05/PNN-2026-05-15T140305.763.jpg","contentUrl":"https://pnn.digital/wp-content/uploads/2026/05/PNN-2026-05-15T140305.763.jpg"},"keywords":["Sankha Subhra Devbarman","IMLF 2026","Minangkabau Literacy Festival","Northeast India poet","Bukittinggi Indonesia","Jam Gadang centennial","Indian literature international","World Poetry Parade","India cultural diplomacy"]}</script>

Her recent interaction with a fan has gone viral, not for drama, but for the calm, assertive manner in which she defended her dignity and broader principles of respect for women.\r\nSeerat Kapoor, known for her elegant screen presence and confident persona, shared a glamorous Instagram photo showcasing her weekend mood. Dressed stylishly and radiating charm, the image quickly drew admiration from followers. While most comments were positive, one stood out for all the wrong reasons. A user wrote, “Allu Arjun Property ?,” a remark widely perceived as reductive and disrespectful.\r\nRather than ignoring the comment or responding with anger, Seerat chose a measured and articulate reply that has since earned admiration across platforms. Her response read:\r\n“Adding a ‘?’ doesn’t make it sound respectful, Sir. A woman is never anyone’s property. She’s her own person, with her own identity, dreams &amp;amp; voice. Admire with dignity, not ownership. Stay blessed.&quot;\r\nThe statement struck a chord with netizens. Many praised the actress for addressing the issue directly yet kindly, transforming a negative moment into an opportunity for meaningful dialogue. Comments flooded in calling her reply “classy,” “mature,” and “the perfect comeback.” Supporters highlighted how Seerat managed to educate without escalating, emphasizing self-respect and healthy boundaries in fan-celebrity interactions.\r\nThis incident reflects a larger conversation about online behaviour and the objectification women, including public figures, often encounter. Seerat’s handling of the situation demonstrates emotional intelligence and a commitment to her values. By gently correcting the narrative — that women are individuals with their own identities, not possessions — she reinforced an important message without alienating her audience.\r\nThose familiar with Seerat Kapoor’s journey know she has consistently carried herself with poise both on and off screen. Her body of work and public appearances have built a reputation for authenticity and sophistication. This latest episode only strengthens that image. In choosing education over confrontation, she reminded fans that genuine admiration includes respect for personal boundaries.\r\nSocial media users were quick to share and applaud the exchange. Many women expressed gratitude, noting how refreshing it is to see a celebrity address such comments without aggression, while still standing firm. The response also sparked discussions about the responsibility fans have in maintaining respectful digital spaces.\r\nAs the post continues to circulate, it serves as a timely reminder that celebrities are real people deserving of dignity, not objects to be claimed. Seerat Kapoor’s composed stance highlights the power of clear communication and self-worth in navigating online scrutiny.\r\nHer words — “Admire with dignity, not ownership” — encapsulate a simple yet profound principle that resonates far beyond this single incident. In standing up for herself with such grace, Seerat has not only defended her own identity but also contributed to a broader cultural shift toward greater respect for women in public and digital life.\r\nThis moment adds another layer to Seerat Kapoor’s growing influence as an artist who values substance alongside style. As audiences continue to engage with her content, many will remember not just her beauty in the photograph, but the strength and clarity she displayed in the comments. In an industry and online world that can sometimes blur personal boundaries, her response stands out as a beacon of thoughtful empowerment.","articleSection":"Entertainment","datePublished":"2026-05-10T14:47:38+0530","dateModified":"2026-05-10T14:47:38+0530","inLanguage":"en-us","author":{"@type":"Person","name":"JR Choudhary","url":"https://www.sangritoday.in/user/jrchoudhary"},"publisher":{"@type":"Organization","name":"Sangri Today NE","url":"https://www.sangritoday.in","logo":{"@type":"ImageObject","url":"https://www.sangritoday.in/uploads/logo/logo_6a9e66d1589be4-54004936.png"}},"image":{"@type":"ImageObject","url":"https://www.sangritoday.in/uploads/images/202605/image_1200x675_6a004d26bb6c1.webp","contentUrl":"https://www.sangritoday.in/uploads/images/202605/image_1200x675_6a004d26bb6c1.webp"},"keywords":["Seerat Kapoor","celebrity response","women respect","social media etiquette","Instagram post","objectifying comments","actress dignity","fan interaction","women empowerment","celebrity news"]}</script>

Ṭhuamluaia Mual in Lunglei, marking a significant milestone in the region&#039;s youth development calendar.\r\nOrganised by the 2 Mizo Battalion NCC, the week-long event — running from May 5 to 11 — aims to raise awareness about the NCC programme and encourage greater youth participation across the North Eastern region. Cadets from multiple northeastern states are participating in the camp.\r\nSenior Officials and Military Leadership in Attendance\r\nThe Minister was accompanied by Lunglei High Powered Committee (HPC) Vice Chairman Pu V. She described the NCC as an ideal institution for building disciplined, responsible, and nationally-conscious citizens.\r\n&quot;I encourage our cadets to equip themselves with modern knowledge and skills, to adapt to evolving global realities, and to contribute meaningfully to national integration and nation-building,&quot; she said.\r\nFelicitation, Cultural Events, and Exhibitions\r\nA felicitation ceremony was held to honour NCC alumni, individuals who have rendered distinguished services to NCC and youth development, and state-level achievers. Minister Pi Lalrinpuii personally presented awards and mementoes on behalf of the NCC.\r\nThe event featured a spirited performance by the 23 Assam Rifles Pipe Band, followed by cultural presentations by NCC cadets. An evening concert featuring prominent local artists was also scheduled as part of the two-day fest.\r\nThe Minister later toured the event&#039;s exhibition stalls, interacting with exhibitors showcasing a diverse range of displays. Stalls at the venue featured arms and equipment demonstrations by the Border Security Force (BSF), Assam Rifles, and Territorial Army Battalion, alongside information booths run by the District Legal Services Authority (DLSA) and District Disaster Management Authority (DDMA).\r\nAdding a cultural dimension to the fest, exhibitors also showcased traditional Mizo handloom and handicraft products, as well as a variety of authentic Mizo cuisine — drawing considerable interest from attendees.\r\nParasailing Camp Adds Aerial Adventure\r\nThe Parasailing Camp, which kicked off on May 5 at the 2nd Battalion MAP Ground in Luangmual, has been providing cadets with hands-on aerial adventure training — a first of its kind in the state. The NCC Fest component was held across May 8 and 9 at C. Ṭhuamluaia Mual.\r\nInteractive sessions with senior government and military officials, as well as meetings with NCC alumni, formed the core of the fest&#039;s programme, offering cadets direct mentorship and networking opportunities.\r\nThe event is widely seen as a landmark initiative in Mizoram, particularly for Lunglei — a district in the southern part of the state that has historically received fewer large-scale institutional events compared to the state capital, Aizawl.","articleSection":"Mizoram","datePublished":"2026-05-10T00:04:48+0530","dateModified":"2026-05-10T00:04:48+0530","inLanguage":"en-us","author":{"@type":"Person","name":"JR Choudhary","url":"https://www.sangritoday.in/user/jrchoudhary"},"publisher":{"@type":"Organization","name":"Sangri Today NE","url":"https://www.sangritoday.in","logo":{"@type":"ImageObject","url":"https://www.sangritoday.in/uploads/logo/logo_6a9e66d1589be4-54004936.png"}},"image":{"@type":"ImageObject","url":"https://www.sangritoday.in/uploads/images/202605/image_1200x675_69ff7e2d0406d.webp","contentUrl":"https://www.sangritoday.in/uploads/images/202605/image_1200x675_69ff7e2d0406d.webp"},"keywords":["NCC Fest Mizoram","Parasailing Camp Lunglei","Pi Lalrinpuii","2 Mizo Battalion NCC","youth development Mizoram","Viksit Bharat 2047","North East India NCC","Lunglei event 2026"]}</script>

The event brought together cooperation secretaries, state government officials, and institutional representatives under the government&#039;s flagship &quot;Sahkar Se Samriddhi&quot; — or Prosperity through Cooperation — programme.\r\nWelcoming delegates, Udit Prakash Rai, Commissioner and Secretary of the Mizoram Cooperation Department, underscored the significance of such multi-state coordination.\r\n\r\n&quot;Such a gathering would greatly help cooperative societies in the North Eastern states to continue progressing. Through regional economic transformation, digital empowerment, and Sahkar Se Samriddhi, development can be brought to both rural and urban areas.&quot;\r\n— Udit Prakash Rai, Commissioner &amp;amp; Secretary, Cooperation Department, Mizoram\r\nThe inaugural session featured an online keynote by Dr. Shaji K.V., Chairman of NABARD, who stressed the critical role cooperative societies must play in the region&#039;s Sixth Schedule areas and remote districts — administrative zones that constitute a significant share of northeastern geography and are home to tribal communities with limited access to formal financial services.\r\nDr. Shaji announced two significant developments: the Mizoram State Cooperative Bank has achieved Scheduled Bank status, broadening its access to central banking facilities, and the computerisation of Primary Agricultural Credit Societies (MPACS) is currently being rolled out across the state. He cited the cooperative experiences of Assam and Tripura as models worth emulating, and reaffirmed NABARD&#039;s commitment to providing technical and handholding support to state-level institutions.\r\nA central theme of the workshop was the World&#039;s Largest Grain Storage Plan (WLGSP), a flagship Central government initiative. Presentations by representatives of the Food Corporation of India (FCI), NAFED, the National Cooperative Exports Limited (NCEL), Central Warehousing Corporation (CWC), and the Warehousing Development and Regulatory Authority (WDRA) focused on storage target strategies, loan monitoring under the Agricultural Marketing Infrastructure (AMI) scheme, and improving PACS-level implementation frameworks. Officials also deliberated on financial viability and inter-agency coordination — persistent challenges in hill states where logistics and connectivity remain barriers.\r\nThe North East Development Finance Corporation (NEDFi) presented strategies for expanding cooperative infrastructure in the region, highlighting the success story of Konoklota Mahila Urban Cooperative Bank Ltd. in Jorhat, Assam — an institution led by and serving women that has become a benchmark for inclusive cooperative banking in the region.\r\nRepresentatives from Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Nagaland, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Tripura, and Sikkim presented state-specific initiatives covering best practices, policy responses, market access strategies, and growth plans for Primary Agricultural Credit Societies (PACS), Multi-purpose Dairy Cooperative Societies (MDCS), and allied cooperative bodies.\r\nThe concluding session featured addresses by Shri Khili Ram Meena, Chief Secretary of Mizoram, and Dr. Bhutani, who reiterated New Delhi&#039;s commitment to cooperative-led inclusive growth across the northeast. The workshop closed with a consensus on strengthening state cooperative federations and outlining actionable roadmaps for member institutions.\r\nThe event signals a renewed federal push to integrate northeastern cooperatives more deeply into national supply chains, financial systems, and rural development frameworks — a policy priority that has gained urgency as the region&#039;s border economies attract increased strategic attention.","articleSection":"Mizoram","datePublished":"2026-05-09T23:57:22+0530","dateModified":"2026-05-09T23:57:22+0530","inLanguage":"en-us","author":{"@type":"Person","name":"JR Choudhary","url":"https://www.sangritoday.in/user/jrchoudhary"},"publisher":{"@type":"Organization","name":"Sangri Today NE","url":"https://www.sangritoday.in","logo":{"@type":"ImageObject","url":"https://www.sangritoday.in/uploads/logo/logo_6a9e66d1589be4-54004936.png"}},"image":{"@type":"ImageObject","url":"https://www.sangritoday.in/uploads/images/202605/image_1200x675_69ff7c2da8241.webp","contentUrl":"https://www.sangritoday.in/uploads/images/202605/image_1200x675_69ff7c2da8241.webp"},"keywords":["cooperative societies","northeast India","NABARD","Sahkar Se Samriddhi","Ministry of Cooperation","Mizoram","MPACS","grain storage plan","cooperative banking","rural development"]}</script>
