The motorcycle comes with a clip-on handlebar and aggressive bodywork which is influenced by its bigger sibling Kawasaki ZX-10R. It has Kawasaki's signature split LED headlamps which give a great look to the bike.

Kawasaki India started the year 2024 with the launch of its new Ninja ZX-6R, which was launched in the country at the India Bike Week 2023 last month. This supersport motorcycle with pure racing DNA has been launched in the country at a starting price of Rs 11.09 lakh, ex-showroom. Come, let us know about it.

The Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R has been given an updated design, which is in line with other Ninja supersport motorcycles on sale from the Japanese two-wheeler giant. The new motorcycle comes with several styling elements, which are similar to the ZX-4R. It was recently launched in the country.

The motorcycle comes with a clip-on handlebar and aggressive bodywork, which is influenced by its bigger sibling Kawasaki ZX-10R. It has Kawasaki's signature split LED headlamps, which give a great look to the bike. Also, it has been given a fully digital TFT screen with standard Bluetooth connectivity.

Talking about the powertrain, the muscular Kawasaki Supersport motorcycle continues to draw power from a 636 cc inline-four engine. However, this engine now complies with the latest emission norms. The engine is mated to a 6-speed gearbox with a quick-shifter and produces 128 bhp of maximum power and 69 Nm of peak torque.

For braking duties, the new Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R gets dual 310 mm discs at the front and a single 220 mm rear disc. It comes with Pirelli Diablo Rosso 4 tires and 17-inch alloy. Talking about suspension, this motorcycle gets adjustable Showa USD front forks and a rear shock absorber. The Ninja ZX-6R will compete with competitors like the RS 660 in the Indian market.
