Do you feel your face sticky during rainy season? Try these 3 home remedies to get rid of it
Monsoon Face Pack for Oily Skin: The rainy season is as beautiful as it is challenging for the skin. Especially for those with oily skin, the rainy season forces the skin to face many problems. But with the help of some home remedies, a healthy, non-oily and glowing skin can be achieved. Let's know how.
Although the monsoon season provides relief and coolness, it is also responsible for causing numerous issues to the skin. During this season, the atmospheric humidity rises, because of which additional oil is deposited on the face. This causes stickiness, pimples, breakouts, and dullness in the skin. In this condition, if you have neglected your skin care during the rains, then it's time to implement some simple and effective home remedies. Here we are describing 3 natural and monsoon-friendly face packs, which will remove the issue of oily skin from the roots and will provide you with a healthy, glowing and fresh look.
Raw honey
Honey keeps the oil production of the skin under control, as it balances the pH. Before applying honey, wet the face lightly (by washing it with lukewarm water). Now put 2–3 teaspoons of raw or manuka honey on the face (not close to the eyes). Leave it on for 15–20 minutes, then wash off with warm water and dry the face. Apply it 1–2 times a week, since honey hydrates the skin by pulling water from the air and does not get sticky. Honey not only hydrates your skin, but also keeps pores clean and lower inflammation.

Tomato has salicylic acid, which absorbs the excess oil from the skin and purifies the pores. It is very simple to prepare this mask. For this, take 1teaspoon sugar and pulp of 1tomato. Now massage it on the face in circular motions for 1–2minutes and leave it for 5minutes. Then wash it thoroughly with lukewarm water and dry the face with a soft towel. Tomato juice contains antioxidants and vitamins C and A, which help in increasing the glow of the skin and controlling oil.
Almond Scrub
Finely ground almonds are skin exfoliants. They drive away dead skin cells and soak up excess oil and dirt. Preparing this scrub is very easy. For this, use 3 teaspoons of finely ground raw almonds and add 2 tablespoons of raw honey to it. Prepare good paste of this mixture. Then scrub on the wet face with light hands and circular fingers.
